Out of Hours Emergencies

If you have an emergency at your home or business premises your policy may have an out of hours emergency service. Locate your policy schedule, usually the numbers to call are on the last few pages. Also locate your policy wording, there is often an index at the beginning, or the numbers are on the first few pages.

Get yourself safe and secure. Call us as soon as you are able during office hours for our support and guidance for the ongoing claim.

 

Liability, Professional Indemnity and D&O Claims

It is a requirement of any policy to advise your insurer immediately of any event that may give rise to a claim. If in doubt, you should call us right away and we will advise you on the best course of action. If you receive a legal letter, you should forward to us immediately.
